At Nivoa.in, we believe in delivering premium-quality apparel that reflects our philosophy of "Wear Less. Live More."Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product or wrong size compared to your order.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Minor color variations caused by different screen displays.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Return Request Timeline
A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at:
Include:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Reason for return
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Product Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Products failing these conditions may be rejected.
Quality Inspection
Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it.
If approved:
- A replacement or refund will be processed.
If rejected:
- The product will be shipped back to the customer.
The final inspection decision will be made by Nivoa.in.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time is usually 5–7 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement if:
- The product is available in stock.
- The requested size is available.
If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for:
- Different designs
- Different colors
- Incorrect size selected by the customer

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Limited Edition collections
- Exclusive Drops
- Gift Cards (if introduced in future)
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged during delivery:
- Take clear photos before opening.
- Record an unboxing video.
- Contact us within 48 hours.
Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.
